Precalibrated movies

It is difficult for industrial engineers to get a feeling how to judge the pace of a operator. Errors of 10% and more are common with pace qualification as this is a subjective matter.

Vrex allows the users to simulate any tempo through the use of pace tuneable calibrated movies.  In the past this was done with static pace films which where judged by different experts and which where used as a reference tempo to other pupils.  Today with modern technology we can make it possible to simulate any TEMPO, no matter what tempo scale you are applying. The advantage is that you don't need any longer a training in tempo rating which is hard to learn and and a long term process. 

Recalibration of people who rate tempo is needed on regular bases if you don't posses precalibrated movies.   As you will now be able to simulate any tempo you don't need any longer training and you can start judging straight away.
